Women face unique challenges in the workplace, as well as in gaining and growing into leadership roles. Our Women in Leadership program combines face-to-face learning, personalised mentoring and industry networking to facilitate the following opportunities:
• Identify and leverage your individual strengths
• Build self-awareness and confidence in skills and capabilities
• Develop a network of other local leaders

What is involved in the program?
Women in Leadership will take place over six months starting 3 September 2022. The program will involve:
• 2x 1-day micro-credential workshops – delivered by a leadership development organisation, focusing on identifying your leadership traits, style, strengths and abilities.
• 2 masterclasses – with local facilitators, aimed at building confidence and self-belief, including support from your mentor.
• 6 month mentoring support – full access to local business and community leaders for the entirety of the program.
• Bi-monthly networking events – for program participants and mentors to build relationships and share learnings.
• End of program celebration event – to cap off the program, a final event will be held to further encourage industry connections within the region, and celebrate the program’s completion.
