Wines under this label are an expression of creativity, it is an outlet for anything that we feel like doing at any particular moment. It is basically anything that isn’t pinot noir, chardonnay & riesling that TTT focuses on.
There is fun stuff, fizzy stuff, orange stuff, but then some more serious non-pinot reds will emerge from carefully selected sites around Tasmania.
