17 Rocks Cacao Nibs come from the volcanic rich soils deep within Papua New Guinea. We slow roast our fermented beans at low temperature to bring out its beautiful fruity, full bodied chocolatey flavour preserving its key nutrients and antioxidants. We remove the shells from the beans so you can add it to your breakfast cereal, a healthy smoothie, use it for cooking or just eat as a healthy snack. Our nibs are 100% free of any preservatives and artificial additives.
